Very simple. This is a 16-Racks deck, meaning there are 16 cards that punish opponent for having empty or near-empty hand. You will use your discard powers to drain opponent's hand and the torture of the rack will do the rest...

{B}{B} The Discard

From turn one you want to be thinning your opponent's hand as aggressively as possible. Since your game plan is to have them not being able to play the game - that's what you will focus on - be sure to have some of these in your opening hand:

• Raven's Crime (do remember the Retrace keyword here!)
• Smallpox (you have no creatures and land destruction does not hurt you as much as it does your opponent)
• Wrench Mind (double-plus-good if they don't have any artifacts)
• Inquisition of Kozilek (this is the best opener)

Additionally you have:

• +1 ability of Liliana, Waker of the Dead
• -1 ability of Davriel, Rogue Shadowmage

{B}{B}{B} The Rack

In addition to the namesake of this deck (The Rack) you have Shrieking Affliction plus 2 aforementioned planeswalkers: Liliana, Waker of the Dead and Davriel, Rogue Shadowmage (his passive ability). Some of this on the board, and you'll win in no time.

{UNTAP} The Rest

For those occasions where opponent manages to sneak some threats onto the battlefield you have Dismember and Infernal Grasp. If the opponent refuses to die (due to damage prevention or healing) you will eventually draw Nyxathid and with their empty hand, they will be able to do little to stop it.
