When Throne of Eldraine released, I had an idea to create a "Budget Battle Box" of five EDH decks built around the cycle of five mono-colored Legendary Knights printed at Uncommon, with a budget of ~$30 for each deck. Discerning Fate is the blue deck built around Syr Elenora, the Discerning.

This deck is built around card draw and keeping as large a hand as possible to keep Syr Elenora's power as high as possible. It caters to Blue's strengths of card draw, counterspells and blinking permanents, but also features some solid budget Auras to make Syr Elenora powerful and evasive enough to punch through for Commander damage when needed.
