THIS IS MY FIRST EVER SOLO BUILD. IT IS NOT VERY GOOD I AM MORE LOST THAN CHRISTOPHER COLUMBUS WHEN HE THOUGHT HE GOT TO INDIA.

The plan is to use Baral, Chief of Compliance and Goblin Electromancer to reduce the cost of instant and sorcery spells. I will use the Serum Visions to cycle through the deck in an effort to find artifacts such as Cloud Key (to reduce the cost of enchantments or other artifacts), Primal Amulet   to reduce the cost of spells and once flipped use Primal Wellspring to copy possible burn spells. I am hoping to be able to use the Epic Experiment to cast cards for free dealing direct damage or even simply allowing me to draw ideal cards or take another turn. The Jace's Sanctum will help reduce spell costs and at the same time allow for card draws. The Snapcaster Mage will aid in casting certain instants or sorceries from the graveyard whose cost will ideally be reduced and hopefully using Naru Meha, Master Wizard I will be able to copy the spell.
