This deck has really grown. What was once a humble extra-budget copy of an Abzan Displacer combo deck featured on MTGGoldfish, with it's playful Siege Rhinos and whimsical Wingmate Rocs, has become a well rounded Midrange/Combo deck. Games are frequently decided on by the arrival of Archangel Avacyn .

The Combo

For those of you who are unfamiliar, the combo is: Brood Monitor + Eldrazi Displacer + Zulaport Cutthroat for infinite life gain/drain.

After 4 weeks of consistent 4-0 wins, I was humbled last night to a 2-2 record by Mono-W Humans twice. the threats are just too fast for me to keep up with when all it needs to two Plains to get an army out. Gryff's Boon puts in work against me. My wins were to a relatively new player on R/G dragons and a pretty solid Naya walkers build that I was lucky enough to find answers to. I managed to pull of the combo once in the night, making my last game a 1-2 rather than a clean sweep for the Humans. Hope to do better next week!
