Enchantment (4)

A deck i put together because the sliver mechanic can be great fun. I never really intended it for serious play but it's actually pretty competitive which surprised me.

So all the staple slivers are in attendance; a full playset of Predatory Sliver, Manaweft Sliver , Blur Sliver and Bonescythe Sliver. These are the back bone of sliver decks. I've backed them up with Striking Sliver as a great turn 1 drop that can make each card you play after a nightmare to go up against whilst you sit back and build your horde. Sentinel Sliver giving vigilance makes your field far more flexible but theeffect doesnt stack so i don't need a huge number of these cards. My final heavy hitters come in the form of Megantic Sliver and Thorncaster Sliver to finish the game in short measure.

Some of the unusual cards in this deck are Elvish Mystic... its there as every few games i am able to drop blur sliver turn two which can make a lot of difference and as haste is always good. Descendants' Path basically mills through my deck finding my creatures and putting them onto the field for free whilst Door of Destinies powers up all my creatures as they come onto the field. My final tech choice was Boros Charm as it can save me from a field wipe, push through a bit of extra attack power or burn away the last of my opponents life.

So thats the deck... fun and it wins games :p
