I first started playing Magic less than a month ago, with the Oko planeswalker deck. Frankly, that deck sucked, so here's an improved version with UG proliferate. On a tight budget so no shock lands, Hydroid Krasis, etc.
The deck is centered around dropping Faerie Vandal and naturally letting it go berserk with the number of draw cards in the deck. This is partially why I keep Maraleaf Pixie and Aeromunculus, the latter a replacement for Oko's Accomplices, which came in the deck; I like to maximize Winged Words activation.
A less threatening backup plan is dropping Growth-Chamber Guardian on curve, adapting it on curve, etc. It gives me a respectable body, but most importantly, the ability to do the same thing over again and keep up the pressure. Easily the strongest individual card in the deck.
Bloom Hulk exists and tries to make the opponent lose:
2 sample hands:
T2 Vandal -> T3 Cloudkin -> T4 Bloom Hulk makes a flying 3/4, flying 2/1, and 4/4.
T2 Growth-Chamber Guardian -> T3 Adapt -> T4 Bloom Hulk for a 6/6 and 4/4.
Then do it again, and/or on wider boards for extra pressure.
Cards I'm most likely to cut are random late-game cards such as Return of the Wildspeaker and Chemister's Insight (would probably add 1, remove the other), as well as Maraleaf Pixie since it competes for the 2-drop spot. Otherwise I have a gut feeling I might be going overkill with the draw, without enough payoff. Feedback is much appreciated.
Edit: now that I see the mana distribution pie chart, should I replace another Forest for an Island?
