The serendibs are probably blue's most efficient beaters. Couple that with turn one stiflenought possibilities and it doesn't get much more aggro than this.

Mana should be good, despite half the lands being colorless. Chrome mox and cloud of faeries tricks (they're also good for holding shiny weapons) let you pull the double blue for the hustlers pretty quickly.

Two crucibles (maybe should be three) are included for wastelands and as a nod to the land eating Djinn. Islands may bite the bucket to him, but hopefully jitte keeps the hps up.

Sideboard:Burn and aggro loam are still evil, needs your hydroblasts.Mind harness their goyfCrypt over relic for your crucibles.Chalice is also just great against ichorid and storm. Specially since if you feel the need (breakthrough) you can set it to one turn one.
