Once i saw Sarkhan Unbroken i knew i had to run Temur! i have play tested this deck it can run amazingly if i can get the mana producers out Rattleclaw Mystic and Shaman of Forgotten Ways . ill run through my list of cards and give a reason why i have them in here. starting it off with..
Sarkhan Unbroken he's amazing! adding mana and allowing me to draw a card? Yes please! and dont even get me started on his Ultimate! Mind Blowing!
Atarka, World Render (1) i have only one copy in here for two reasons one. 6/4 flying trample and giving All dragons double strike.. that it, to give all dragons double strike.
Dragonlord Atarka (2) ive considered having 4 in here but i wasnt sure just cause of it being legendary i dont want to have a dead draw. Main reason its in here 8/8 flying trample.. ouch! also i can divide 5 damage any way i want? ill take out Goblin Rabblemaster and its tokens i can take out a Siege Rhino yeah, sign me up!
Foe-Razer Regent
(2) kinda doing the same thing that the dragonlord dose, enter the battlefield take out a creature then it becomes a 6/7 flying..
Harbinger of the Hunt
(1) its abilities are amazing but conflicting. if you run a
Bow of Nylea
when attacking you can use its abilities and clear the board. but on its own.. it can remove tokens like a champ. ive been on the fence with him in here though..
Thunderbreak Regent (4) the bread and butter of this deck, you want to Hero's Downfall my dragon? take 3.
Bile Blight
take 3.. if you have multiple on the field at the same time.. good luck ! Not to mention its a 4/4 for 4 mana!
Shaman of Forgotten Ways (4) Big mana producer! i can add two mana of any color combo to play a dragon?! yess! not to mention Formidable.. biorhythim on a stick.. added bonus.
Rattleclaw Mystic (4) i can add R/G/U? yep sign me up. i never morph it. i play it striaght out turn two to help cast other spells.
Temur Ascendancy (3) my creatures gain haste.. and when a creature with power 4 or grater enters i draw a card? yep lets me dig through my deck much easier.
Dragon Tempest (3) anything with flying gains haste? sure , when a dragon enters it deals X damage where X is the number of dragons i control? Late game i can be smashing for 4-7 damage easy.
Disdainful Stroke (2) it makes it so that big threats like Siege Rhino or Stormbreath Dragon or any of the new lords wont hit the field.
Dissolve
(2) more control plus scry
Lightning Strike (3) having some spot removal is always helpful
Dig Through Time (2) with the control over what i can pick can help in tight spots.
Anger of the Gods (2) now i put it in here for later game sweeps to remove tokens but the more i think about it the worse this card is. yeah i get rid of everything with 3 toughness.. but that also removes all of my mana producers.. not a good idea..im unsure about this one in here. ive yet to play it when i did have it in hand..
