This deck is fairly straight forward, you want to cast Animar, Soul of Elements and build up +1/+1 counters so that you can cast creatures for cheap.

Proliferate is common in this deck because of all the counters. Many of the artifacts that I added use counters because of this.

The win conditions in this deck are; Forgotten Ancient - Hellkite Tyrant - Pathrazer of Ulamog - Ulamog, the Infinite Gyre and together Magistrate's Scepter + Vorel of the Hull Clade can give you infinite turns.

My only other deck is a black/white, so these are all substitute commanders; Riku of Two Reflections - Surrak Dragonclaw - Yasova Dragonclaw - Haldan, Avid Arcanist + Pako, Arcane Retriever The rest of the cards in the side board can easily be swapped in.

Other than that the lands in this deck may need some tweaking, there are plenty of spell counters but it might need more removal.
