Do Goblins eat Rats or do Rats eat Goblins? (Modern MTG Deck)

This deck has a decent mana curve, but the goal is to build up a small army of expendable Goblins and Rats, while building up to play Krenko, Mob Boss and Marrow-Gnawer, and from there you just get an insane amount of tokens.

One interesting combos in the deck is Mad Ratter + Rummaging Goblin . With both creatures out, you can repeatedly Loot to sculpt your hand while simultaneously creating two rats every turn.
