My first attempt at building anything Standard. This is your general UG ramp deck. The strategy is simple, ramp to Ulamog by dorks, land, and sacking Eldrazi scion produced with From Beyond. Ideally I would like to add more control elements to the deck (it is part Blue after all) however the goal is a competitive deck so there is a good chance adding control will hinder ramping to Spaghetti monsters. Any input is greatly appreciated!

UPDATE: Added control elements for stability and Explosive Vegetation and Nissa, Vastwood Seer   to pull lands out of my library. The current model emphasizes control through countering (Scatter to the Winds) and removal (Stasis Snare) while using extra mana to awaken lands and play big creatures (Ulamog, the Ceaseless Hunger, Dragonlord Ojutai, and Dragonlord Dromoka). Even if you don't draw any of the big creatures (which will be difficult considering there is a playset of Anticipate and two Dig Through Time's) you can still awaken several lands, take an extra turn or two with Part the Waterveil then drop a Planar Collapse and swing for game in a turn or two.
