I'm actually pretty proud of this deck, considering it is created almost entirely from pulls. Only a hand-full of cards were bought as singles.So the basic plan is to get to five colors of mana and seven mana total. Then, using Scion of the Ur-Dragon's ability, you can use the extra two mana to protect him with Silumgar, the Drifting Death, Belltoll Dragon, or Dragonlord Ojutai (hexproof dragons!). From there, your goal is to bring dragons into the graveyard and reanimate them from it, building your army of hellkites.

I'm not particularly looking to make this deck super-competitive, but any budget suggestions would be nice (less than $10).

Edit: Prism Array added just to annoy people.

2nd Edit: Life/Death and Ryusei, the Falling Star replaced with Eldritch Evolution and Altered Ego.
