Trying to construct a budget, but efficient deck. Recommendations welcomed - Remember, keep the cards cost low.

Creature Explanation: Show

Ankle Shanker - The fellow is a bit mana expensive, but dropping him on the field right before a major swing can be a game changer. People will either think twice about blocking, or do so and take heavy casualties.

Aurelia, the Warleader - 2 combat phases, that sells itself.

Boros Reckoner, Spitemare, Stuffy Doll - These creatures have plenty of potential to make any opponent think twice about swinging with a big creature, but that's not all. It has a couple of nice combos like simply hitting it with Blasphemous Act

Brutal Hordechief - Relatively cheap for some good aggro hurt and gain. Chip away at opponents and gaining life at the same time.Also in multiplayer, his mana ability can upset your opponents.

Champion of Lambholt - You get her powerful enough, not much is going to be able to stop you, as her ability is something else.

Dragonlord Dromoka - A powerhouse that also keeps you opponents off your back while your turn is underway.

Dune-Brood Nephilim - This guy can be your best friend when creating mass amounts of blockers. Simply Give him trample and watch him go. Combos well with Nylea, God of the Hunt, Behemoth Sledge, Loxodon Warhammer, Unflinching Courage, etc.

Eternal Witness - relatively a cheat card that can drag something back from the graveyard then you can chump block or poke with it.

Forgotten Ancient - the more your opponents cast, the stronger this fella gets, then you can move the counters to other creatures if you wish. This can be a deadly combo with Champion of Lambholt

Gahiji, Honored One - Talk about an ability that can help your enemies, BUT only when they are helping you. It is always fun when this hits the board.

Hornet Nest - This can create a bunch of deadly probes or defenders, it isn't even needed but Blasphemous Act also gives this card good use.

Hydra Omnivore - for those moments you find an opportunity to strike one opponent while their defenses are down. Will really upset the guy/gal who thought they had it made behind their defense.

Iroas, God of Victory - Forget about this being a creature, this guy is here just for the menace and damage prevention. If you find him to be a creature as well, then add another bonus to his charm.

Kresh the Bloodbraided - As creatures drop, he solely gets stronger, striking with ever so much more fierce.

Loxodon Smiter - There isn't much to this card, but a 3 cost 4/4 that cant be countered has its uses. Also, if you happen to have him in your hand and an opponent is making you discard something... Bam, free creature.

Mina and Denn, Wildborn - Being able to play an extra land is always welcomed, giving something trample also has is uses in this deck. Win, win.

Nylea, God of the Hunt - 4 cost indestructible that gives all my creatures trample. What else could I ask for?

Phytohydra - Hope you saved you kill cards :)

Protean Hydra - this fella can be hard to start, but once he gets going, boy oh boy. Forgotten Ancient and similar effects can he used to help get him going faster.

Rubblebelt Raiders - If you got that aggro going, These raiders got your back. Sit back and watch them grow.

Siege Rhino - Trample, 4/5, hitting all opponents at the same time, and getting some life for just 4 mana. What else could a man ask for?

Sigarda, Host of Herons - Look at those legs... William Wallace approves.

Somberwald Sage - Pretty strong creature mana ramp. Can steed up your game-play a bit, given you can keep it alive.

Stonehoof Chieftain - Giving all your creatures trample and indestructible when attacking... is also indestructible and has trample... and a 8/8. Can't argue much with that.

Tana, the Bloodsower - Under the right circumstances this elf can make an army just for you. Powering it up a bit helps though. Something like Behemoth Sledge, Loxodon Warhammer, or Unflinching Courage works.
