There’s several possible variants to this deck.
The general idea is that you have a treasure deck that allows for lots of mana availability, but you need card draw. For a concise solution you can simply add The Reality Chip, Jace, Mordenkainen and 4x Overflowing Insight. Once you bring blue in the mix, consider also to bring Suspicious Stowaway or Futurist Operative for reliable Goldvein Pick damage delivery.
Or you can make use of the quirky and delightfully useful Dockside Chef and his cousin, the Skullport Merchant. With those options we also venture in sacrifice-deck-territory. Interesting interactions with Mask of Griselbrand can be had.

The youtube video has a slightly DIFFERENT deck – due to my lack of cards. it follows the general idea, though. The yt video also has a more in-depth description of what is going on and what thought lurk behind the machinations of said deck. Battle is against a pesky lifegain deck that drew Hallowed Priest thrice early, with Impassioned Orator and Kor Celebrant – so a tough situation.
The below is a description of the youtube video that I linked:
General idea: "card draw is power".
There's many ways to get card draw. Overflowing Insight is a good. Flier decks with Cloudkin Seer work towards it (also good with Grazilaxx, Illithid Scholar). Absolutely unhinged ideas would be to get Mask of Griselbrand... perhaps with an easily recurring creature with high power for its mana cost such as Skyclave Shade - optionally you can sac with Tend the Pests and then sac those for lifegain and card draw with Dockside Chef.
I start out with a treasure deck and now I gain a lot of mana that I cannot really spend. I need card draw!
To solve this problem we first establish the core of the treasure gain:
4 Xorn
4 Goldspan Dragon
3 Goldvein Pick (consider the use of Futurist Operative (or Suspicious Stowaway- but since blue mana will be rarer in your deck, you'll be able to live with a more expensive card to do the job) to get the damage where it is needed.. or: attach to creatures nobody wants to block: Typhoid Rats. Fliers can also work reliable. Consider using Voldaren Bloodcaster who can also profit off sac if you go with the "Mask of Griselbrand" + "Tend the Pests" idea or similar... also a keyword for accelerated insanity: can you built Daemogoth Titan in it? We're venturing into sacrifice deck territory~)
To further profiteer off treasure and the fact that we now have red and black cards we include
3 Kalain, Reclusive Painter
However, he is quite optional. Get's unhinged if you include
2 Demon of Loathing
as the damage dealer and pay with treasure.
The core of the card draw is Dockside Chef (and Skullport Merchant for support). We need stuff to sacrifice. For this the generally decent Blood Fountain is a good addition to the deck, since it comes with a blood token. Efficient blood token generators may be Ceremonial Knifes or perhaps Voldaren Bloodcasters. In a pinch you can sacrifice Sanitarium Skeleton or something like a Skyclave Shard or the Ceremonial Knife itself (don't feel to attached to it). Personally I like using Sanitarium Skeletons to block, but before the damage get assigns I sac it with Dockside Chef or Skullport Merchant. Once the treasure engine gets running you won't need blood tokens, so consider building a deck that works without those. Blood Fountain could still stay.
I include Jace, Mirror Mage and Mordekainen, because I have them, they give me good draws and because they are very powerful. Consider making use of The Reality Chip, if you do include blue. This works especially well with Jace, since you can make more informed decisions whether to scry or draw.
The deck in this game is unoptimized, due to my lack of cards. It is as such:
Consider making use of "Mask of Griselbrand".
This could be a replacement card draw engine for a treasure deck, but it also works well with sac-to-draw cards like Dockside Chef and Skullport Merchant. Consider in such a deck to focus more on Skullport Merchant and maybe include high power recurring creatures such as the otherwise sort of underperforming Brackish Trudge - Skyclave Shade is better. Maybe a case can be made for Greataxe as power enhancer?
