Doctor Doctor, I think I’ve been poisoned! We're going to be using infect and toxic to give our opponents poison counters, and trying to kill them with a lethal dose of attacks and proliferation. Atraxa, Praetors' Voice is the normal commander for decks like these and although white has had some new toys in recent sets I have kept by Volrath, the Shapestealer as the commander because he's more interesting than just proliferate.
