This deck is designed for multiplayer games. The best way to play this deck is to get The Locust God out as fast as possible (obviously). This is a very combo based deck. By getting cards out like Niv-Mizzet, Parun , Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind , Purphoros, God of the Forge , or Warstorm Surge on the battlefield along with Kindred Discovery . This will allow you to draw out your deck and deal damage to all of your opponents. One of the big weaknesses of this deck are the classics like board wipes and mass bounce. It is vital to keep the Locus God alive and kicking. There are many other combos in this deck. Basically anything that can draw cards with the Locust God out will do very well.

Kindred Discovery + The Locust God is the key combo piece. However, you do have to have an instant available to get rid of one of these combo pieces otherwise you will mill yourself out.

Another fun combo (but a dangerous one) is Breath of Fury + The Locust God and Coastal Piracy You have to have at least one locust out, but the more the better. This combo will allow you to keep on attacking an opponent and will allow you to go infinite as long as you have a locust out. This combo does have a 'may' clause which means you do not have to hold an instant to end it(unlike the previous combo). Of course there are other pieces to this combo that just make it better(i.e. everything mentioned in the first paragraph).
