UG goodstuff! Zegana is mainly used to keep the hand full and enable some sort of win condition when you combo up to infinite mana.

Great Whale is the poor man's Palinchron, combined with Deadeye Navigator you get infinite mana. With 1 million U and G mana you can cast Zegana, repair navigator with her, flicker her a bunch to draw most of your deck (but not all!) and it should be trivial to win from there. I like to use terastadon a bunch to blow up everyone's lands then Cyclonic Rift them all away. You can also just flicker Avenger of Zendikar a bunch for a million plants, or deck everyone with Blue Sun's Zenith.

Tip: use your tutors to get Prophet of Kruphix first generally, because you can essentially win in one turn cycle with her out. Next I like to tutor for Fierce Empath to get Deadeye, then bounce Empath for Great Whale. Easy peasy.

Upgrades include: Tooth and Nail ends the game for 9 mana, Palinchron is better than great whale and can combo with clone effects to generate infinite mana by itself. Worldly Tutor and Sylvan Tutor are probably good. Time Warp can combo with e-witness or skullwinder and a bounce effect for infinite turns.

If you get bored of zegana, Momir Vig is an easy swap-in!
