Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated
This deck is supposed to deal high damage with either the smaller creatures or the horrors which will destroy anything left to destroy anything else is there to combo with all of the creatures. This deck has great synergy and no card feel's out of place
A short explanation on why I chose these cards:
Delver of Secrets
: With the high ratio of instants and sorcerys this will flip easily and start dealing a lot of damage early in the game.
Serum Visions
helps flip it aswell. It will bounce out when
Thing in the Ice
flips but the damage will be done when it does
Monastery Swiftspear
: Haste and prowess means it will deal damage fast. It will also bounce with the flip on Thing but with haste it can get back in the race and deal a bit more damage
Thing in the Ice
: The MVP of the deck, flips really fast and will deal a lot of damage before they know what hit them
Chasm Skulker
: This guy wont get bounced, since he is a horror, and will grow fast thanks to draw synergy with a few of our spells
Bedlam Reveler
: Combo's with both of the above, making the second bigger and not getting bounced by the first. Can be a real heavy hitter thanks to prowess
The ice breakers:
Browbeat
: New addition to the deck. 5 to the face or draw 3 is pretty cool and opens up some options in the middle of the game
Lightning Bolt
: Don't have to explain this one do I?
Flame Slash
: Downside of being a sorcery but still 4 damage for (R) is good enough
Slip Through Space
; Draws a card making
Chasm Skulker
bigger and anything you want unblockable for (U) which is what we want
Distortion Strike
: This really helps flip our
Thing in the Ice
with the rebound and helps bypass any blockers
Serum Visions
: One of the best in it's genre
Titan's Strength
: Another buff for our small hitters to flip thing as well
Temur Battle Rage
: Amazing combo with
Thing in the Ice
using it on the last counter flipping it for double strike trample even though trample probably wont be necessary hitting for 14 damage if not buffed up
Negate
: For a bit of control and protection
Vapor Snag
: This ruins a lot of turns for some decks
