This, as with most of my decks, aren't necessarily budget friendly. I like to be competitive, and unfortunately many of the good competitive cards are also expensive. I've spent well over a decade accumulating my collection, most of which is in Modern and Legacy. Many of those staples easily port over to EDH.

One could make a budget version of this deck, quite easily I'm sure.

This looks insanely powerful, and fun! Well crafted, good sir! Might I suggest Blades of Velis Vel? You'd be able to nap two of your opponents' non-dragon creatures when you cast your commander :)
