This deck was built around the idea that your opponents are drawing massive amounts of cards, while losing life at the same time.
Explanation of Cards
Turn 1: Dakra Mystic: A great turn one that can let you decide how much you really want that card over your opponents turn two. However, late game it can help get extra damage in when combined with Fate Unraveler.
Elixir of Immortality: Great early game drop to aid later to regain cards lost from Dakra Mystic or Whispering Madness.
Turn 2: Sigiled Starfish: A staple in almost any standard blue deck right now. It's in there to rotate out what I don't need in hopes to gain what I need.
Turn 3: Master of the Feast: An odd addition to the deck, being a 5/5 for 3, with the added bonus of forcing your opponent to draw a card.
Dictate of Kruphix: Everyone draws an extra card. The benefit speaks for itself within the card. Extra draws means extra chances for getting what you need.
Turn 4: Fate Unraveler: A must drop turn 4. The main win condition of the deck, this card must be dropped as soon as possible.
Desecration Demon: When you don't have a Fate Unraveler in hand, this guy is always a good turn 4 beat stick. This is the secondary win condition of the deck.
Erebos, God of the Dead: Good card advantage ability, plus shuts down any and all life gain abilities your opponents might use. The other two choices are a better turn 4 pick, though.
Turn 5 onward: Far / Away: Great for getting rid of fodder that your opponent may be using to keep Desecration Demon tapped.
Dissolve: The better Cancel. 'Nough said.
Hero's Downfall: Taking out big threats since the start of Theros.
Whispering Madness: Drop my hand to force my opponents to draw while Fate Unraveler is on the field? Plus the bonus of ciphering it under Master of the Feast or Desecration Demon? Of course!
Sideboard: Bile Blight: Black's response to token decks.
Dark Betrayal: Black's response to other black decks.
Doom Blade: Kill spell vs. Non-black decks. Cheaper version of Hero's Downfall.
Extinguish All Hope: Black's version of a board wipe.
Pithing Needle: Standard sideboard staple. I don't think I have to explain this one...
Whelming Wave: Blue's version of a board wipe. Great for getting rid of those damn gods.
Worst Fears: I take your turn? Sure.
