For this deck, I wanted to make something that can do a lot with quickly getting out a lot of creatures that synergize really well with each other using the Battalion mechanic, to try to do a decent amount of damage early, keeping your guys safe with Frontline Medic and Boros Charm. Once you have Purphoros, God of the Forge and Legion's Initiative out, swing in one more time and let first strike hit that you get from Legion Loyalist. Before main combat damage is dealt but after first strike so you can deal as much damage as possible, blink out your creatures with Legion's Initiative's active. When they come back at the beginning of your opponent's next combat phase, put Purphoros, God of the Forge on the top of the stack so he'll resolve first and be on the battlefield when all your other creatures follow him, each causing him to deal 2 damage to each opponent. Using this at the right time can get you a good 8-12 damage to the face often, and can also be used to dodge things like Supreme Verdict. Whatever is left of your opponent at this point should be easily taken care of using Magma Jet or Boros Charm for the execute.

Against heavily creature-centered matchups, sideboard in Satyr Firedancer, Searing Blood, and Mizzium Mortars. Assemble the Legion is useful against control decks to try to force a Detention Sphere etc. Skullcrack is both decent burn, and good counterplay to big Sphinx's Revelation pops. Finally, bring in Pithing Needle against decks that have specific threats you need to deal with.

I hope you liked my deck. This is my first standard deck I've made so any suggestions on how to better my chances with a deck like this, or even how to improve on what I have would be greatly appreciated.
