Looking to get some advice on making a discard deck. Obviously the plan is to get Waste Not out and get them to discard as many cards as possible. Combos really well with Liliana Vess. Also I know Black Cat is not the best card to have but I always run one in every one of my black decks in memory of my old fat cat.
