In resume, the deck's idea is milling the oponent, by Sphinx's Tutelage and Fleeting Memories togueter, getting clues from Trail of Evidence and Erdwal Illuminator.

The advantage of milling this way, is that we keep drawing with the clues, card advantage.

Does the deck have few instants and sorceries to play around Trail of evidence? Yes. The ideal, is using enchantments like Dead Weight and Tightening Coils and hopefully have one Trail of Evidence when we play the most instants and sorceries.

Erdwal Illuminator, our one and only creature will help us to get a lot of clues and have some early game presence. Hence we almost have no creatures, Tightening Coils become an awesome "removal" because... come on, 6 power is almost like removing the creature if we dont need to attack the enemy.

Tamiyo's Journal plus Fleeting Memories is a great combination. Eldritch moon is coming our way with a lot of 4 (or less) mana strong creatures, hence, Horribly Awry is an incredible counterspell.

Feel free to give your opinion. I'm still waiting for the complete Eldritch moon spoiler though.

Updates Add

Trail of evidence works almost only at long matches. Manic Scribe, Startled Awake, and Talent of the Telepath to the main deck. Dead Weight out, sideboard.
