Don't Look to the Eyes of a Stranger

Commander / EDH*

MetalMeister

The first phase of the deck is really simple, just ramp hard turn 1 - 3, then try to refill your hand using either Damia, Sage of Stone, Consecrated Sphinx or one of the wheel effects.

The second phase is where the board control will be established. Keep on countering annoying spells which could hinder your gameplan, blow up lands so you don't have to deal with big creatures on the other side and start preparing for the combo.

The third and final phase is the combo itself. Making sure that the combo pieces Palinchron and Deadeye Navigator are protected, so keep counterspells such as Pact of Negation in hand and combo off.

Should this combo fail, the deck can go long with recurring land destruction: Titania, Protector of Argoth, Life from the Loam and Crucible of Worlds and start beating with big fliers such as Rune-Scarred Demon.

Updates Add

So the deck has evolved quite a bit over the years. It started out as a Damia goodstuff EDH deck, playing lots of counterspells and draw and ramping into big creatures such as Sheoldred, Vorinclex, Terastodon. I've managed to acquire quite some good cards for the deck via trading, and I'm still in the process of acquiring some expensive cards. But overall, the deck is really starting to be competitive and tweaks will surely be made in the future.
