The main idea is to get out Thragtusk with Angelic Accord, then just keep blinking the Thragtusk in and out for life gain and tokens (3/3 green beast when leaving, and a 4/4 angel when coming back in due to Angelic Accord).
Acidic Slime - Blink it in and out to take out lands. Also removal for artifacts and enchantments if needed
Angel of Serenity - Massive bomb for late game. Pulling 3 creatures in and out as needed is a huge boost. Can pull from graveyard as well.
Cloudshift - Cheap blink activator. Exile it on Elite Arcanist and you can bring one creature in and out every turn.
Coiling Oracle - Card draw and mana ramp. Good if your in a bind and need to get through some of your deck
Detention Sphere -- lock down pesky permanents, and can be blinked to choose a different target if needed.
Elite Arcanist -- Exile One of the blink cards to use its ability when needed. Or Exile Silence to stop an opponent from casting spells.
Ghostly Flicker -- Good blink spell
Momentary Blink -- Another good blink spell
Silence - Keep opponents from casting spells every turn when exiled with Elite Arcanist.
Stonehorn Dignitary -- Blink this card every turn and your opponent cannot attack..... ever.......................
Thragtusk - Staple of the deck! When entering battlefield gain 5 life (and a 4/4 angel token with Angelic Accord on the board) then blink Thragtusk to gain a 3/3 green beast token. Blink this card with cloudshift for 1 plains, then gain 5 life, a 3/3 beast token, and a 4/4 flying angel?? Please sir, Can I have some more?
Venser, The Sojourner -- Blinking plainswalker that wrecks havoc on opponents permanents if allowed to stay in the game. Need I say more?
