Don't worry, they're just (hexproof) Illusions...

Modern* Control

galluccinator

Sideboard

There's nothing more satisfying than making the board state such that everything is hexproof. Thankfully, in modern Illusion creatures get just that thanks to Lord of the Unreal!. If +1/+1 and hexproof wasn't enough to slap on your 5/5 flying dragon or 5/5 defender, we've got you covered with 'Always watching'! Since it's a blanket effect, it still powers up the illusion creatures and gives them vigilence for maximum 'careless attacking'.

"But galluccinator, what if they destroy Lord of the Unreal?"

I'm glad you asked! This deck boasts three-count em- THREE copies of swiftfoot boots! So, if your opponent would want to get at your hexproof illusions, they'd have to first destroy swiftfoot boots, then destroy Lord of the Unreal, THEN get at the illusions. Blanket effects? No problem, we've thrown in a few 'dissolve's for your playing pleasure.

"But what if his creatures are too much to handle before I can get all my illusions out?"

Another great question! This time we give you 4 copies of "Journey to Nowhere"! Perfect for getting rid of any pesky creature! And for only 2 mana, this is a steal! And let's not forget about Spell queller! Nothing like exiling a creature and then slapping a swiftfoot boots on Spell Queller so it never comes back! Last but not least, Ojutai's Command can flat out deny your opponent any rights he thought he had to good creatures.

Any input would be welcome!!
