This is a blue budget legacy deck. The combo is to drop Dream Halls on either the third, fourth, or fifth turn. It also has the ability to drop omniscience on the 5th or 6th turn, and enter the infinite on the 7th turn. Once Dream Halls is on the board, have your way with the opponent's rectum with your choice of either Niv + enter the infinite or enter the infinite + lab maniac or cruel ultimatum them to death with Niv + 3 cruel's

Turn 3: After 3 islands have ben played, and at least one Augury Owl or Fog Bank play a High Tide, followed by Energy Tap and play the Dream Halls

Turn 4: 4 Islands, High Tide into Dream Halls or Energy Tap an Augury Owl or Fog Bank into Dream Halls

Turn 5: 2 High Tide play Omniscience

Turn 6: High Tides into Omniscience or 2 High Tides into Enter the Infinite

Turn 7: High Tide into Enter the Infinite

The deck basically works like a Doomsday Clock, thus it's namesake. It has a plethora of ways to end the game instantaneously on each turn past the second. It's a really hard type of deck to beat.
