Recently I needed a new deck and it needed to fulfill two things, 1) that it was something I hadn't built before and 2) its power level needed to be middle of the road so as to be less competitive with newer players to the format/game.

I had wanted to build a non treefolk tribal version of Doran, the Siege Tower for awhile and couldn't think of a theme for the deck. After long consideration I finally decided on a death and taxes styled deck. Hence the deck name a play on Sheriff of Nottingham.

The deck utilizes lots of ways to tax opponents, board wipe, and create general issues for other decks. I'm sure there are lots of other cards I could have put to even more use for this deck, but again I was trying to keep it a middle to lower power level.

So far it has played fairly well and is a pretty fun build. I recommend trying it out and tuning it to your playgroup and play style.
