So you have a few characters with more toughness than power, who benefit from Doran, in particular a bunch of ones with Infect and Wither. A few items and spells provide hexproof and toughness increases.

This deck should give you some fairly powerful defense and then the ability to crush your way through your opponents defenses. It also has a few nasty surprises in the form of creature destruction and survival for your own.
