I use to run Asceticism. Regen didnt do anything for me in my meta, so i cut it. Steely resolve only shuts off The one land. thats it. Hardly a downside for 2 mana mass shroud.

I had to cut evolutionary leap. it wasnt doing anything i wanted other than being a costly sac engine.

I may consider alluren

I really want to get token doublers in here...but they dont do much if i dont have delerium enablers and im a bit low in that department as is.

@Squirrel_of_War/veritas723: What of sheoldred is a spider? the beast under her isnt her. its a mount of sorts that she fuses herself to. But even if we DO consider it as a whole. 4 legs, 2 arms. Shes short a whole bunch of legs.

I think Lantern of Insight would be great in here. It would make Crop Sigil, Lurking Predators, Descendants' Path, and any card with cycling better. I would recommend cards like Oracle of Mul Daya but it's not a spider.

I'm surprised no one suggested this yet, but here you go:

Play Cloudstone Curio + Cryptic Gateway then Cast Ishkanah, Grafwidow with Delirium, activate Cloudstone Curio trigger in response to the creature tokens entering the battlefield returning Ishkanah, Grafwidow to your hand, tap two spider tokens to bring Ishkanah, Grafwidow back to the battlefield.

Rinse and repeat to infinite spider Tokens.

And I can see cases for Cloudstone Curio being useful outside of the combo so ill try it.

Hiya. I don't play commander and know nothing about it. Nevertheless, I have some suggestions. Stoneforge Masterwork and Aluren. Just from top of my head. Also if you will bend about your tribal a bitRegal Force might have a home in this deck. OrSlate of Ancestry.

• Stoneforge Masterwork would be fine if it granted trample. as is it just makes one of my guys "The spider that needs to be blocked." Coat of Arms is much better, and even then i dont run it since zombies are the "In' thing to do since eldritch and they swarm better than me.

• Sadly i dont think im going to bend on my tribal rules anytime soon as far as this deck goes. i did make a Gisa and Geralf that isnt following any of these rules.

Zombie tribal is so obnoxious right now. I've been trying to beat my friends Thraximundar Zombie Competitive Tribal (has Wonder in it) with Mono White Humans and it has been BRUTAL. Whether it's swarm or self-milling that dang thing gets me coming and going. Nice to see a Tribal deck sticking just to tribal! +1

@Fingernine: You know....I read your comment roughly when you posted it. In my head, i was super against the card. But after two days of just hammering myself with the question "WHY do you hate the card?" I couldnt come up with anything logical. Ill try to grab a copy this week. xD

I was focused more on the fact that it's one less mana, but fair enough.

What are your draw engines here? Anything? Or is it more about playing in the graveyard? If so, how do you keep the pressure on if you run into a creature destruction heavy opponent?

@Forceofnature1: No "real" draw engines. Just dredge. When your arsenal is a ton of do nothing 1/4's investing in drawing them isnt really a good game plan. Instead one tutor grabs a dredge engine and lets that go crazy.

This deck is by no means good lol. It contends well in a fair meta. It does nothing in any average to strong meta. Its putting my spider collection to use Mainly. its secondary use is if i want to troll a pod or if i am playing against people who arent so good at the game.
