You should think about Isochron Scepter for all the 2-drop instants.

equips are worth it. more swords, less assault suit and pyrohemia. i like the 220$ cost, its cheap for EDH. I am in a Debt of Loyalty to you right now. +1

Thanks man! This i currently my only EDH and i plan on making it the best i can with what i can. The only reason i have assault suit and the kind is basically budget for me right now, but if i can get one or more, which of the swords should i focus on getting?

I personally like interaction with Pyrohemia and Gisela as it is a reusable, one-sided source of 2 damage, but if any card that is better in my mind shows up, i will think about it.

I love the Debt of Loyalty shoutout, and that card is the reason i am running Day of Judgment over Wrath of God is so i can actually regen it.

Double damage with Double strike is a idea you my want to use. I can get you a quick win, but also makes you the target at the table. Like Dictate of the Twin Gods , Furnace of Rath, and Gratuitous Violence for double damage. Rage Reflection and True Conviction for double strike. I also like having a additional combat phase with Relentless Assault , Savage Beating , Seize the Day , Waves of Aggression , Aggravated Assault & Hellkite Charger.

schade thanks for commenting! i have already done both of quadruple damage with Dictate of the Twin Gods and Gisela, it works great!

As for double strike i decided to not use up a spell slot but a land slot in Sunhome, Fortress of the Legion to probably surprise someone if they're not on top of my land's abilities.

thanks for commenting venok!

I previously had the aforementioned Curse, but i realized it was too douchey of a card to target one person, so i went with Bitter Feud in multiplayer games to give me time and breathing room.

Always love to see another Gisela, Blade of Goldnight EDH deck, even more so one that pursues control, like mine! Gisela R/W EDH Control

+1 to yours. :)

Ever thought of Aurelia in this deck?

Absolutely, but with most of the chance of her dying before combat or not having enough creatures to swing with her makes her less attractive.

Like just now i decided to cut most of the equips, leaving mostly the evasion/hexproof ones in the list. For budget reasons, i decided to go with StoneHewer Giant instead.

Sunforger might be good in here. You've actually got an extra spot, the system is counting Gisela twice right now, since she's in your main list as well as the general spot.

I run Sunforger in an Aurelia list and it is nothing short of awesome.

I decided against Sunforger for more evasive equipment, it feels weird though... I will check the Gisela thing, thank you!

Deflecting Palm is pretty hilarious with a damage doubler like Gisela.

AH yeaah, that was the card i kept on forgetting about getting. If i find some cards not doing enough in the deck, i will definitely replace it with Deflecting Palm. Thanks!

Treasonous Ogre can always be good in red

and Manabarbs is always good for making people think twice about casting stuff when the damage is doubled.
