DOUBLE DRAGON

So, this is a spikier EDH format I'm working on. I got a little bored with trying to find different color combinations that make interesting interactions. I figured I'd make a small example with this deck.

**RULES (so far) ** Your commander/Lieutenant must have inequal CMC. Cannot have the same CMC cost in total. (EX. 5 cmc commande + 5 cmc lieutenant = illegal.)

Your commander must have higher CMC than your lieutenant.

Your commander costs 2 generic more to cast each time it's sent back to the command zone.

Your lieutenant costs 1 generic more to cast each time it's sent back to the lieutenant zone. (It's gonna take a little more effort to get that emrakul out there, buddy lol)

As far as bans go; there aren't any besides the existing EDH ban list but let me know if there's something too OP so it can be banned or I can trash the format all together via tapped out or twitter (Baeowulfe)

I'm considering unbanning Karakas, primeval titan, tinker, and prophet of kruphix (I believe prophet is the least likely).

The deck

As far as the deck goes, I'm trying to run more draw spells and more creatures. I just added a bunch of cards so people can kinda get the idea.
