Sideboard

Maybeboard

An idea someone suggested at BFZ prerelease.

Dump allies into my graveyard, then get them all back at once and swing for the win. Or just straight up kill my opponent with life-drain from Kalastria Healer. Or sac all my dudes for Zulaport Cutthroat triggers, etc. I expect this deck to really mess with people who don't see a combo coming. It can do some good work even without the combo, though.

Still fine-tuning the list. So far it seems a little inconsistent; sometimes I do not get enough ways to kill my dudes. Others I never see my win conditions. It's getting better though. I'd still consider other allies for use in this as long as their CMC is 4 or less and their casting cost is not restrictive. Picking the right removal is also important.

The sideboard needs work. Being able to fire of Rally past counterspells, slow down aggro decks and kill those damn Mantis Rider s and Anafenza, the Foremost is a concern.

I'm not sure what to do with this thing at this point. It has a tendency to create overly long games in which I still often can't win. The combo takes far too long to set up. I'm strongly considering dropping red for blue so I can dig for the combo faster and protect it with countermagic. Failing that? I might just stop playing Standard again.

Suggestions and comments are very welcome

Updates Add

Picked up the singles to finish this after work today, but the sideboard is not done. I am not sure what to put in. Utter End and Duress are the only auto-includes.
