Basically everyones going to be super upset when your one drop horse man murders them by turn three. All you have to do is play any of your creatures on turn one. Madcap Skills that creature turn two and attack for 4-5 damage. Turn three play Armed or Boros Charm and Titan's Strength or Furious Resistance swinging for lethal.

There are other ways to turn three kill, but thats the most common. You want atleast one creature, a plains, a mountain, boros charm or armed, and madcap skills in your opening hand. That should be your clue that youre going to win. Gods willing is always nice as well if you dont have a madcap in hand already. Ive found that most people dont have an answer for madcap skills by turn two or three as most decks have maybe one creature out at that point. The goal is to win before they set up defenses.
