So I've had MANY incarnations of this deck that have only ever followed two rules: There's always Steel Overseers and there's always blue mana. The deck honestly has gotten better with every revision, so I'm officially stripping some banned cards and chucking it into my local Modern tourney. I'd love a little help since it's the first non-casual deck I've ever attempted.

Right now the deck is geared to where I think it offers the best speed in reaching its lock-down/beat-up scenario. Everything in the sideboard is designed to be a reaction to specific archetypes that might be two quick or powerful for me to rebound from.
