Oops! As someone pointed out, this needs Hornet Queen or Avenger of Zendikar

If you want an honest opinion... Make this deck modern because it has no chance in legacy. I suggest adding Elvish Visionary and Mulldrifter to go well with the navigator.

Hey, thanks for the feedback mate. This is actually for casual multiplayer, not a tournament Legacy environment. We just use the B/R rules.

Your mana curve is too high, I suggest that you remove some of the heavy creatures and add more ramp into it, like Rattleclaw Mystic. Or, if you can afford, some Natural Order, since almost all your creatures are green, and Lotus Petal.

Plus, since you're using Utopia Sprawl you can go another route removing the birds and add Arbor Elf and Voyaging Satyr.

These are only some suggestions and feel free to argue.

I'm interested to know why you think the curve is to high since this is for casual multiplayer 4-6 players for the table size. I've never had trouble dropping 2-3 threats on opponent's turns after I drop Prophet of Kruphix on mine. The goal is not to win by turn 5 or anything like that.

Ok, it's fine aiming for a longer game, if you're playing casual, however, if you wish to make it more aggressive and consistent, you should try to get your CMC curve lower, and looking to your strateggy, a good number would be around 1,8 to 2,4.
