Feedback is need to make the deck more competitive but with out changing the concept.

First, changing the title to Dragonlord's Ascent will help (not to be an ass hole, but proper spelling and grammar will draw more people to look at it). Second, Thunderbreak Regent is an essential 4-of in any dragon deck.

What should I take out for the thunderbreak regents to go in or just have a 64 card deck

I was running a similar 4c dragons deck (Enter the Dragonlord), and found that Dragonlord Kolaghan hits them hard and helps the team out with haste.

Xenagos, the Reveler is also hugely relevant, between the ramp and the his ultimate basically says play 7 things

I'd say to drop the 3 Sheltered Aerie and one Shaman of Forgotten Ways to play 4 Thunderbreak Regent

Atarka, World Render doesn't quite seem to do anything, if you're attacking with a dragon, you don't need it to have double-strike, unless it kills your opponent outright, and if it does, you're likely winning that game even if your dragon doesn't have double-strike.

If I were in your spot, I would want to play 4 Haven of the Spirit Dragon, and maybe 24-25 lands total, since it makes your mana more consistently able to cast dragons, and the haven gets the dragons back in the late game.

Have you considered Avaricious Dragon? the discard clause actually isn't that much of a cost for drawing an extra card every turn, especially when you can start emptying your hand anyway and if you play more Haven of the Spirit Dragon, any dragons you discard can be rebought later.

Also, Sarkhan's Triumph doesn't seem to me like it does much, more dragons might just be better, since, what would you rather cast: Sarkhan's Triumph and Dragonlord Ojutai or Thunderbreak Regent and, say Avaricious Dragon?

For your sideboard: I'm not convinced that Atarka's Command does anything in any matchup, and if you want to have a good plan against control, you need some slots for it. I'd suggest creatures with haste, Gaea's Revenge is the obvious one, Kolaghan, the Storm's Fury is on theme, even if it's off colour, though the colour is slightly offset by Shaman of Forgotten Ways and Haven of the Spirit Dragon, Shaman of the Great Hunt is a nice beater that can make your mana dorks relevant too and Surrak, the Hunt Caller can give a non-hasty dragon haste if he is on the board. And last - Silumgar's Scorn might not be the counterspell you're looking for, especially since your commitment to blue is fairly ligth, Disdainful Stroke might be better.

But NicolbolasElderDragon See the Unwritten can fill the board quickly and Shaman of Forgotten Ways is not the only mana dork here. See the Unwritten would also only be played once I had another dragon out so around turn 5 or 6 See the Unwritten would be played.

The wonderful thing about dragons is that when you have a dragon and your opponent doesn't have an answer, you're generally winning the game, I think you should focus your game plan on more consistently getting a dragon, rather than on what to do when you already have a dragon, when you do so, you will incidentally get more dragons, and then win with all the dragons you have

I am not saying that your shamans are your only dorks its you do not need it in the deck because what would you take out? maybe a shaman and you could run one see the unwritten

i would suggest dig through time as you have much ramp and enough fetches and ramp cards to use for the delve you can get the dragons you want and dig at someones end step if you have the open mana. just a thought
