I'm new to MTG and this site, and feedback on my decks would be great!

Just a heads up: This deck, like all my other decks, has cards that could be replaced with better cards, but I'm trying to deck on a budget. So that means I probably would rather use the $1 version of a card that does a similar thing than a $5. I know it's silly, but I would rather make 5 playable, average EDH decks totaling about $50 each, rather than 1 $250 EDH deck. If I keep the decks cheap, but effective, then I can let my friends play with the multiple decks I made.

One thing that's very tough for me to do is to decide which cards to keep to maintain the 100 card count. I always want more. MOAR! So I'm counting on you guys to help me decide which should stay/go/be introduced to make the most efficient deck possible given my objectives/play style.

The point of this deck is to:

1. Hurry in spells/creatures as soon as Jhoira of the Ghitu comes out. I want to get some fat guys out there, but right before I want to boardwipe. Everything. So that way, I establish complete board presence. Even if it's the only thing on the board.

2. Use the sorceries/instants to draw/tutor for big creatures or game stalls

3. Stall the game with land locks once my creatures ETB or the turn before they enter.

4. I have several big creatures with CMC 9. Grozoth tutors for the other big creatures with cmc 9. While their abilities may be basic, they should still be effective this way.

5. Almost every one of my CMC 8 creatures is a Kraken variant, which fits into Whelming Wave, Inundate , and Washout

6. I have several dragon variant creatures to fit into flying and dragon buffs like Windreader Sphinx and Utvara Hellkite

7. Artifact mana producers to get around the land lock
