A "Budget" Dragon reanimator deck!

Nithing too fancy just a deck filled with discard and sacrifice effects with Rivaz of the Claw to allow you to bring them back. As well as a few that can bring themselves back. Plus treasures because they're useful and fit the dragon theme. Simply just play dragons and try to out grind your opponents.

This is meant to be a simple deck without many (if any) big haymakers or complicated interactions. I choose to build it like this because I enjoy the gameplay better than the alternatives.

This is meant to be a base for whatever you want to change it to. It can easily be improved by switching out lands and Dragons for better ones.
