This deck looks really fun, basically a super charged version of what I played in Standard a year ago.
The main thing I'd recommend is lowering the curve. 7 dragons seems ok with enough discard backup (I'd go with 4 Thunderbreak and 3 of a mix between Stormbreath and Thundermaw). I don't think Kolaghan is good enough with so few creatures even if it does hit really hard.
I highly recommend Draconic Roar. In your deck, it is definitely strong enough for Modern. You can also consider Nameless Inversion to artificially raise the dragon count.
Another thing to consider is cutting white. I'm not sure it does enough for you. Without white you can have a less painful manabase (which may be a problem with Thoughtseize and such) and you can potentially run Cavern of Souls or Haven of the Spirit Dragon.
Good luck with your deck, I'd really love to see it become competitive!

In your experience, does 22 lands really consistently give you the ability to play your dragons in a timely fashion?

Run 4x Path to Exile. It is hands down the best removal in modern. You can take out basically anything else for it.

Cut your storm breath dragons and move them to the SB. Run one more thunderbreak and I would replace the other 3 with either scourge of valkas or dragon tempest. Cut your anger of the gods for another path another wrath of god and a land. (Shambling vents maybe) and I'd cut a lightning helix for a dragonlord Kolaghan. If you want this deck to be better I'd make it Naya or Jund tbh dragons are too slow

Eiyros, I don't think dragons are too slow. They are a powerful creature type for a midrange-to-control deck that this is. I agree that Anger of the Gods should go, however Stormbreath Dragon is amazing against Jeskai Control and should be left in. I think that Kolaghan, the Storm's Fury should be cut for Dragonlord Kolaghan though.

That's why i said SB stormbreath dragon. It's great in matchups with white but mediocre elsewhere whereas thunderbreak regent is great all the time. By slow I mean they come down too late in a format with stuff like goyf. Also, your beaters start at 4 mana for your creature curve and there's only 3 of those. Against control you'll need at least 5 mana to get it down because you would have to inquisition or Thoughtseize to see if they have counters and get rid of them if they do, and control decks are prevalent in modern. I like the addition of green for mana dorks because that means you can combat control and aggro decks more easily and early dragons are a reality. You can beat in earlier and you can run fun things in green like savage ventmaw, the Atarka that gives dragons double strike or the other Atarka. Also I just remembered that Draconic Roar exists.

Also if you run mana dorks you can have Utvara Hellkite ;)

Have you considered Scourge of Valkas? Might be worth replacing Thundermaw Hellkite for 2 Scourge, and then you can swap 1 Lightning Helix and 1 Lightning Bolt for extra lands, 22 seems a little low when your curve tops at 5.

Path to Exile is probably the best removal spell to play if you're going to splash white.
Kolaghan's Command is a nice 1-2 of giving you a mainboard edge against affinity while giving you versatility by giving you access to recursion, discard, and removal all on 1 card.
Not sure if Faithless Looting is what this deck wants to be playing since you don't have ways to utilize cards that will be discarded from it. Faithless Looting is not really card advantage but actually card filtering (replacing a number of cards with different cards). If filtering is what you want then its fine but if you want advantage (replacing 1 card to get more than 1 card) then maybe Painful Truths would be better.
I like Kolaghan, the Storm's Fury over Moltensteel Dragon or Avaricious Dragon because it pumps the team and dodges sorcery speed removal
Sorin, Solemn Visitor
Vault of the Archangel
Sarkhan, the Dragonspeaker
Leyline of Sanctity > Witchbane Orb
