So, after playtesting some changes to the deck, I knew what I was on the lookout for in terms of cards for this and the Mono-Red Dragonstorm deck. In the current version I removed the Soulbright Flamekin and put in four copies of Anger and Faithless Looting for extra draw and the like. It playtested fine, although I couldn't find more than two copies of Anger. I did manage to get a playset of Isochron Scepter which I've been working on getting again because I traded two of mine a while ago then just got them back. Not to mention I got some Utrava Hellkites and more Hellkite Chargers!! So the deck underwent some more revisions, and it's still pretty viscous.
The Ischi-Scepts aren't as common as they could be, however I think it's more of a situational card, Impriting either High Tide, Desperate Ritual, or even Faithless Looting. When you're dealing with freaking Artifact/Enchantment Removal, Anger reduces dependance on Either Fervor or In the Web of War for your haste, with the Web of War being expensive, but Fervor isn't cheap either. Discarding Anger as soon as you can either by Faithless Looting or Frantic Search instantly gives your stuff haste.
Dragonstorm is still the primary kill condition with several ways to get the mana for it. Desperate Ritual, Seething Song, and Soulbright Flamekin are primary Red Mana producers. Cloudpost stacking with Vesuva also helps your mana-curve pretty easily. Isochron Scepter imprinted with a Desperate Ritual gives you quick and easy access to Red, while being cast with just two Cloudposts, and you've instantly got Five (3R, 2 Colorless) to throw around on Turn three (Six if you play a land). Because of the high amount of Islands in the deck (Volcanic Island x2, Steam Vents x4, Island x4) High Tide is very useful to keep for extra Mana ramp and casting Frantic Search. Though if it needed to be phased out, Snap and Cloud of Faeries are good replacements for Untapping lands.
Getting Mana for the storm isn't an issue any more. Because now you just storm for Utrava Hellkite and any other number of Hellkite Chargers. I don't have a playset of the Chargers yet, and the deck can produce enough mana that I can get Three Combat phases within two turns, and every time producing more and more Dragon Tokens. Dragon Tyrant, Ryusei, the Falling Star, Niv-Mizzet, and Dragon Mage are extra kill provided I have Anger already in my graveyard or have the mana to hard-cast them into play. Mizzet and Dragon mage give me 16 Damage on their own, while cycling through my deck for Anger or more Mana production. Dragon Tyrant was a primary kill condition, but now he's turning into more of a "Hi, I'm here, Rawr" and is only really threatening if I have Anger already in the grave (which isn't hard to do, but not a guaranteed circumstance... much like having In the Web of War in play for Haste). Ryusei and Niv-Mizzet are there primarily because I enjoy them and have been in the deck since their release, so there's some personal attachment there. So if I did get a Fourth Hellkite Charger, I dunno what I'd switch out for him. Maybe one of the [[Anger], but I dunno.
