WARNING: I am new to the Realms of Magic, and do not know many cards, so please Help me to know how I can improve!

This Is my Abzan Deck, it runs mainly on the +1/+1 Counters abilities and hitting hard after a good set up. I love the feel of unity and how each person benefits another, like the Family aspect the Abzan are founded on. The reason why I have put this deck up is for 3 main purposes

1. To Find ways to include Fate Reforged cards, I have alot but I dont know what to add and how it will benefit the others
2. I may Potentially turn this into my EDH deck, and would like Advice on what to Include/exclude to make it EDH material
3. Find good Mana Ramp strategies to make it run faster

Please help me to achieve these goals and I will be grateful for your Help!
