Drain life, gain life. Karlov de Concilium Inanum is ready to leech all of your life and pull off weird janky combos to leech even more of your life and pull off more weird janky combos.

My secret tech here is Liliana, Heretical Healer  , who's an absolute powerhouse when combo'd with Kokusho, Sangromancer, Sidisi, or really anything else with an enters-the-battlefield or dies trigger.

Of course I'm running Exquisite Blood and Sanguine Bond because they're amazing, but the only reasons I'll tutor them both out is if you're playing aggro or if you play Tainted Remedy.

I'd say the primary win conditions here include durdling with lifegain, nomming your face with a 68/68 indestructible Karlov, and paying my debts to the deathless for twenty-seven or something mana and having them exert their ghostly presence onto your soon-to-be-dead faces.

Also emergency infinite combos if you're playing Tainted Remedy.

Liliana, Heretical Healer   ultimate + Sidisi, Undead Vizier + sac outlet: tutor for anything you want

Sanguine Bond + Exquisite Blood: the classic

Sangromancer + Bastion Protector + Karlov of the Ghost Council + Blood Artist + any wrath: I win w/ commander damage

Add Ayli, Eternal Pilgrim

This card is very powerful, plain and simple. A much better sac outlet than what we currently have that doubles as a Vindicate on a stick without much trouble.

Add Kalitas, Traitor of Ghet

This dude is just sort of ridiculous. Stops ALL forms of reanimation, unless you're playing Processors which nobody does because they suck, and gives you tokens to feed the Soul Sisters. Can be very powerful.

Cut Ghost Council of Orzhova

Not very powerful in the first place, and gets completely outclassed by Ayli in every way possible.

Cut Rune-Tail, Kitsune Ascendant

Also kind of subpar overall. Kalitas has much more potential.
