I completely forgot about erase. That's gonna help in mirror matches.

what prompted the reduction in rhino's/green? have you tried splashing red? for Crackling Doom/Firemantle Mage/red removal. (butcher of the horde is also fun, but probably doesnt fit)
i really wanted Munda, Ambush Leader to be playable, maybe in the next set.
how does only having 21 creatures work out, for a drain/gain creature based deck? how have the enchantments been working?

Mardu Ascendancy/Alesha, Who Smiles at Death/crackling ... could be a good enough reason for red (besides some of the redx allies being fun)

The reduction of green was due to drawing the wrong lands constantly, drawing the g/w land when I needed a swamp, etc, and it opened me up to more options in black and white like Stasis Snare. I made a great Mardu ally deck for my friend and it was too slow he said. I played it a few times and tried to make work but didn't like the way it played. So he went black White ally and the deck was doing better. The enchantments work out great. I love the enchantment removal here. My creature base works great. No complaints. But my land base screws me over once a round by droughting. I cant go 3-1 each week with this deck if I didn't get mana screwed. I just dont know anout my curve. I have a lot of 3 drops.

IzuKorasu do you think the deck would be better with more creatures?

Self-Inflicted Wound is a great SB card for black. I'd try and find space for 1-2 copies since it beats Dragonlord Ojutai and Siege Rhino nicely among others.

I have a similar deck and splashed red cause it needed punch. I also have issues with getting enough mana once per round. Its pretty frustrating. I have made changes to the deck that havent been updated here. Here is my deck if you wanna check it out. Vamparic Bloodlust

This was a 3 color deck at first, abzan allies with rhinos and charms. I took the third out because I wasn't getting the correct color sources I needed. Also it was really slow. People tell me to add red to it but idk. Firemantle mage is tempting. I may test it. Also having the ability to add roast is nice.

It is extremely useful to have red just for those two cards. I ran a B/W allies deck at a few FNMs but noticed it needed punch. Rwd was the only color that gave me what I needed.

I started my deck as B/W Allies at first, but once you get to mid/late game, there's not much to do. I added red, let me play Alesha, Who Smiles at Death, Butcher of the Horde, Chasm Guide, Firemantle Mage, and some fun combat tricks like Deflecting Palm, Arcbond, and did I mention Deflecting Palm? (Always fun to just let someone attack you with Ulamog or something just as big and then BAM Deflecting Palm it straight to THEIR face!

I realy like the idea of drain deck, BUT:
1) I see this deck can't play on first turn, but creatures you have are too weak for midgame. What about more Expedition Envoy and adding Bloodsoaked Champion? The last one combos great with Zulaport Cutthroat.
2) I think you need 4 March from the Tomb and don't realy need Read the Bones in MB - you will "draw" your creatures from the tomb :)
3) If you want to drain with creatures - get more creatures in the deck! My opinion is six removal quite enough for such deck.

Nantuko Husk, Shadows of the Past, Rally the Ancestors are the cards I'd be most looking to add to this mix, in that order.

Just a comment - keep in mind Ally Encampment's special ability - pay 1 and sac., return an ally to your hand then just replay Kalastria Healer, reactivates all Rally effects you have on the board especially with Lantern Scout.
