thanks I have been looking for an exsanguinate I may have to buy one like and sorin markov is awesome need one of him as well but the trouble is I wouldn't know what to cut if I got them have you got any recommendations of what to cut

This Deck looks like the commander deck 2014 i have this deck and i think you can cut 2 swamps 37 lands are normally enough And maybe a little bit more carddraw in mono black really important

it was the deck that got me into commander it came with loads of useful stuff and yeah now I think about it I do have to many lands thanks :)

I think Worn Powerstone is not good in this deck 3 mana slot for 2 mana and it comes tapped into play Thran Dynamo is better and other good reanimator cards are Victimize,Beacon of Unrest or Living Death

I did use to run both victimize and living death however I could never get living death to work efficiently where I would always be better off

Solemn Simulacrum and Burnished Hart could be good for ramp. You might also think about adding a Jet Medallion to play your spells faster.

I also think the new card Dark Petition would be a pretty good addition.

i don't see the point of Bojuka Bog, as you need the creatures in the opponent graveyard. i would side it, in case you face a reanimator deck, and replace it by a swamp.

I think I have enough ramp at moment but may add jet medallion what do you think to the deck

I suggest you readd Bojuka Bog even if you want to take their stuff, you still need to keep reanimator decks in check.

Also, High Market and Phyrexian Tower are fun when you steal creatures.

Gauntlet of Power: Drana is a mana hungry general, why not give her more?

Nirkana Revenant: For the same reasons as above. Also a vampire.

Mesmeric Orb: This one is iffy, but it is a milling beast! Makes for a lot of critters to be stolen.

Bloodline Keeper  ^Flip: Because a critter that taps to make 2/2 flying vampire tokens is fun. Also acts as a Lord once transformed.

Captivating Vampire: IF you go more to the vampire route, this guy is amusing and cheap for

While the theme deals with sacrificing, Anowon, the Ruin Sage would also affect you. You only have 7 out of 24 creatures that would be immune to it. I'd hold off unless you decide to run more vampires or go more reanimator.

Extraplanar Lens, Animate Dead, Necropotence, Phyrexian Arena, Rings of Brighthearth Would be nice additions.

If you run Extraplanar Lens remember to only run Snow-Covered Swamp as it will benefit all basic swamps otherwise. Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth is very common in any dual, or tri-colored deck that runs . As far as other vampires, there's quite a few of them floating around. Not all of them are ideal however.

Blood Seeker: is a good one especially against token decks.

Blood Artist: is another great option to go with a sacrifice theme.

Bloodghast: he's that annoying itch that never seems to go away.

Ascendant Evincar: Nasty against non-token token decks.

These are just a few examples there are others out there but a gatherer search will find all the other relevant ones.

Do people think the deck is fast enough as I keep getting told that its not fast enough

Edh on the non-competative level isn't a game of speed, it's a game of resource management.

I know I think the people I play against are taking ot a bit too seriously by playing stuff like iona
