It's all Duskmantle Seer. He drains everyone's life, even mine, but gives the card advantage. He beats up other control decks, tempo decks and midrange.
So here's how I play the deck:
First 3 turns, set up the Blood Artists and vampire nighthawks, as they will defend the early game. If creatures are too strong for Vampire Nighthawk to defend, that's the time to use Downsize, for chances that Nighthawk won't die. 4 turns and up will be the big game. I set up Duskmantle Seers, the main wincon of the deck and Desecration Demon to control the board of creatures and make Blood artist drain life. Protect the Duskmantle Seers with Mizzium Skin, Undying Evil, and Dying Wish. Counter a few threats with Syncopate and wipe the board sometimes with Cyclonic Rift if Killing Wave isn't helping.
I do some combos here too like:
Downsize+Dimir Charm = More chances of killing big creatures.
Duskmantle Seer/Desecration Demon+Dying Wish+Undying Evil+Tragic Slip and some Blood Artists = Protection, Life Drain and removal.
Downsize+Vampire Nighthawk = Deathtouch without having to die. If Nighthawk dies, then use Undying Evil.
Killing Wave+Blood Artist = Mass removal. Pay the life or sacrifice those creatures? It doesn't matter because he'll just drain you anyway.
I give credit to Tomaseq for helping me build this deck.
I'll appreciate more feedbacks if you have any.
