A handful of cantrips help you fly through your deck and give you drakes.

Various counters and removal help you maintain a favorable boardstate.

Win conditions include swarming with drakes, or polymorphing those drakes into ass-stomping sea-monsters via Proteus Staff Mass Polymorph & Jalira, Master Polymorphist. The lack of creatures means you're almost certain to hit something nasty. And the number of tutors makes it easy to grab Mass Polymorph.
