For our meta, we've got a new subset of decks to try and keep our power level down. For this, no card can be above $5 TCG Player Market price as of deck construction. This list is legal as of 3/22.

The idea here was to get a bunch of value cantrips and cheap spells, while avoiding going full "all counterspells" Talrand. Some cards are omitted, like Cyclonic Rift, because whilst they are powerful, I consider them to be pretty un-fun. Very open to thoughts and suggestions!
