Get some mana producers on the field like Birds of Paradise. Imprint Dramatic Reversal with Isochron Scepter. Keep tapping Scepter of Empires until you win. Extra cards in case things don't show up. Consulate Turret and Dynavolt Tower can work just as well as Scepter of Empires.

Its still a prototype so I will search for cards with scry/draw power as well as some control. That's in case the combo isn't drawn by turn 3. Other than that, it's a 3 turn infinite at the soonest. A perfect 7 card hand would be 2 lands, 2 Birds, Isochron Scepter, Dramatic Reversal, and Scepter of Empires.

Turn 1, play a land and summon a Bird. Turn 2, Play a land, summon another bird. Tap 2 mana to Imprint Isochron Scepter with Dramatic Reversal. Turn 3, play Scepter of Empires. Tap it, deal a damage. Tap the Birds to activate Isochron's imprint. Untap and tap everything again. Tap till you win that FFA.

if things don't go swimmingly, imprint Fog against a swing heavy deck and imprint Mana Leak against spell heavy decks. they aren't perfect setups but they stall for quite some time.

Kaho, Minamo Historian can help you set up quickly while also protecting you. You can exile things like Fog, Mana Leak, Fabricate, or Merchant Scroll in order to stall and setup.
