This is my current Nekusar Deck altered from the Mind Seize precon. Been awhile since i last altered the description but i have been slowly adding to it as i go along. Any thing like planeswalkers or expensive cards are just things ive either pulled or taken from other precons im not using anymore. It rarely wins but it is so satisfying when it does.
